The R&D process is centered on priority projects, so we utilize a product innovation process that enables the thorough review of projects at each level. A project champion approves every level. This well-established, disciplined process is used to channel our efforts to develop products that fulfill customer needs and satisfy design specifications. All new products’ safety, health, and environmental regulations are also rigorously reviewed before release.

Our R&D team comprises highly skilled employees ranging from Science degrees to PhDs. A microbiological and analytical laboratory serves as an enabler of new product development for our scientists. Additionally, we have facilities for optimizing products/processes and testing the performance of a new product throughout the development process before it is released.
